Having worked for over 20 years as an NHS dietitian, both as a hospital-based and community dietitian, I have acquired skills and experience to help manage a range of nutrition-related conditions. I am passionate about enabling clients to take charge of their own health by educating them and providing specific guidelines and recommendations to overcome disease and manage symptoms. I provide dietary advice tailored to your needs, from one-on-one private consultations to workplace wellness sessions, and media services. I provide evidence-based advice and support to help you get back on track with your health.

 I have completed a 4-year BSc (hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Surrey. I am registered with the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Under the HCPC, Abiology is fully regulated by law, and governed by an ethical code to ensure that we always work to the highest standard.
